Verry exciting news from the Diamond Effects camp. The Memory Lane 2 made its debut at NAMM 2008. As well as two other new additions to the Diamond Effects line up.
One of the many surprising finds at NAMM 2008 was Glass Tone Amps. Brian Cross, the designer and builder is from our neighbors to the north. Me makes a very nice sounding and looking amp that is available in a multitude of configurations. Note: The amp mentioned in the interview does have a 1/2 power switch taking it from 30 to 15 watts.
Listen to Ryan Dunn of Toad Works Effects (www.toadworksusa.com) as he talks about the reverse engineering of the original flanger used in the song Barracuda.
At NAMM you can’t find a nicer more knowledgeable guy to talk with than Andy Fuchs. Take a listen as he talks about his two new amps and line of Plush pedals. You can check out the rest of Andy’s line at http://www.fuchsaudiotechnology.com/
Howdy, We are live at NAMM 2008. After a long flight and an uneasy night of listening to the love birds at Tom Bodet’s Palace of Pleasure, we hit the show running. We have interviews lined up with Fuchs, Fargen, MI Audio, Toad Works, you name it. Keep checking back as we will be providing nightly update.
